The production line is designed for dispensing wine into glass bottles consisting of a vacuum pouring machine, a cork and a machine for applying and shrinking caps on the neck of the bottle.
It is characterized by high accuracy, which is also maintained when the dosing volume changes.
The corking is precise - it excludes any leaks, and is also stopped if the bottle is not in the right place.
The machine that imposes and shrinks the caps has a smooth temperature control, allowing you to get the perfect effect on any material. The line has a system limiting fluid loss - in the absence of bottles on the feeder, the pouring process is stopped.
Also detected are bottles with incorrect dimensions that could be broken.
