4. Potato peeler - after the pre-washing potatoes are transported to a peeler, which removes the peel from the potatoes. In total, the machine is equipped with twelve helical blades and a water filter that saves money. The device is made of stainless steel 304, approved for contact with food.

14. Frying machine - the device is designed for frying previously prepared French fries. It uses the pure oil method, that is, the oil is filtered or replaced when the machine detects that it is unclean. The device is made entirely of stainless steel. The oil temperature is controlled by a simple PLC panel, from boiling point to 300 degrees. At the beginning of the work, the oil temperature is 185 degrees, in the second section it is 160 degrees and in the third it is 120 degrees. In each of them fries are fried for 1-2 minutes. The machine requires connection of the lift.
